Niels and Mark have many years of procurement experience with large and multinational companies. In 2012, they set up LB-IX when they identified that for many companies procurement had become a top-down, process-driven activity, with a single focus on cost saving. The concepts of collaboration and value had been forgotten.
Their ability to talk comfortably with people at every level of an organisation, their confidence to deal with difficult issues in a sensitive manner, and their coaching skills translate into results. And their hands-on approach means they make change happen – rather than simply providing advice and moving onto the next job..
