Maximising the potential from procurement is only achieved when people understand the logic behind it and appreciate its importance. This requires acceptance and a positive experience. This only happens once people see how it works in practice with their own eyes and get involved.
Achieving true added value is a process. One that’s results driven. Every organisation has its own way of working, so this calls for a tailored approach, which takes people, the organisation and results into consideration. That’s what we do.
How can LB-IX help you achieve your organisational goals more quickly and effectively? Our Quick Scan can provide you with an initial insight. We’re primarily looking at the ‘what’, ‘why’ and ‘how’ procurement is carried out. And we identify concrete opportunities in our findings.
What do we mean by concrete? For the ‘what’ we analyse previous purchases. We map out the ‘why’ and ‘how’ using input from employees from various disciplines and levels within the organisation. Ultimately this is where a great deal of the knowledge and experience lies. We’re curious about the existing approach to procurement. How effective is it? Who is involved? Where does the responsibility lie and who are the decision makers?
Based on the outcomes of the Quick Scan we’ll present our findings and recommendations. We prefer to do this as an open dialogue. Where we’ve identified opportunities, we’ll make a concrete proposal. And we’re happy to tackle these together with you. Over the past few years our hands-on approach has proven to be very effective
